The In-mold skateboard helmet is manufactured by molding the outer shell and liner in a mold at the same time. This process ensures that the outer shell and liner of the helmet are tightly combined to form an integral unit. Common materials include high-density polystyrene (EPS) foam and polycarbonate (PC) outer shell.
Strong durability: Due to the firm combination of the outer shell and liner through the In-mold process, the helmet is more sturdy and durable, less prone to deformation or damage caused by external forces.

Helmet Quality Control Process
At CGPRO Helmets, every helmet undergoes a comprehensive, multi-stage quality inspection process to ensure consistent safety, durability, and international compliance. 1. Incoming Quality Control (IQC)
All raw materials are tested upon arrival to meet strict safety and performance criteria.
EPS foam density & consistency
PC/ABS shell material verification (impact & burn test)

2. In-Process Quality Control (IPQC)
