Two Options For Adjustable Knob (M11 multi-functional rock climbing helmet)

For users who want efficient adjustment, we have specially introduced coarse adjustable knobs. The knob has a thick thread design and responds quickly when rotated, allowing you to easily adjust the tightness of the helmet in a short time to achieve a one-step effect.

For users looking for extreme comfort, we recommend fine-grained adjustable knobs. you can feel the silky smooth, minimalist and elegant wearing experience during long periods of exercise.

ADVANCED CHINSTRAP SYSTEM:

Eco-leather chinstrap designed with new, rear adjustment points for a more personalized fit. The whole chin strap can be free replaceable by quick-release EN397 chin strap and non-releasing EN12492 chin strap.

Multi-Functional Safety Helmet Development

Client Need

A U.S. client approached us with the vision of developing a multi-functional safety helmet that integrates various detachable features. 

The design requirements included switchable ventilation holes, removable front and rear visors, plug-in goggles, optional sun-shielding shoulder protectors, ear covers, 

and face shields. Beyond modular functionality, the helmet also needed to achieve ANSI TYPE II, CE, and AS/NZS certifications, while keeping the total weight under 500g.

Our Solution

Over the course of 18 months, our R&D team engineered and tested each component to ensure both safety and usability. Special attention was given to the detachable design, 

ensuring that every accessory could be easily installed or removed without compromising the helmet’s structural integrity, comfort, or protective performance.

Result

We successfully completed the development of all components and achieved ANSI TYPE II certification. The next steps are CE and AS/NZS certifications, 

which are already in progress. With its lightweight construction, modular features, and international compliance, this helmet demonstrates enormous market potential and has 

already attracted strong client interest.
